I'm 31 and have been living overseas for just over a year. 5 years ago, my body was incredible. I've slowly realized that the hard work I put in then has to be doubled to be in shape now as my body has been changing, my eating habits slipping and my motivation diminishing! I'm syched now and ready to get in kick a$$ shape!!!! XOXOXO L
